PITTSFIELD, Mass. (AP) - Authorities in western Massachusetts say three suspects have been charged with murder in connection with the disappearance of three men in a case against a Hell's Angels member.
Berkshire District Attorney David F. Capeless said Sunday that 34-year old Adam Lee Hall of Pittsfield, 44-year-old David Chalue of Springfield and 31-year old Caius Veiovis of Pittsfield were each charged with murder, kidnapping and intimidation of a witness.
Capeless said the remains of David Glasser, Edward S. Frampton and Robert T. Chadwell, all of Pittsfield, were discovered in Berkshire County Saturday.
Glasser was expected to testify this month in the robbery, assault and kidnapping trial of Hall, the reputed sergeant at arms of the Berkshire County chapter of the Hells Angels.
The three suspects are scheduled to be arraigned Monday at Central Berkshire District Court in Pittsfield.
