PALATINE BRIDGE, NY (WTEN) - The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Investigators arrested a man for sending sexually explicit photos to a juvenile male on Friday.
Paul Krutz Jr. of McKinley Rd was arrested for Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor in the 2nd Degree.
Detectives were contacted by the family of a juvenile male who had been receiving sexually explicit photos.
A search warrent was executed on Krutz's residence and was assisted by a New York State Police Computer Crime Unit Investigator.
Krutz was taken into custody and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Palatine Court to answer the charge.
