JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a motorcyclist returning from a biker rally in the Adirondacks has died in an accident on a Mohawk Valley road.
The Fulton County Sheriff's Office says the motorcyclist was headed home to Ilion in neighboring Herkimer County when the crash occurred around 9:10 a.m. Sunday on Route 67 just west of the city of Johnstown.
Sheriff Thomas Lorey says one person was killed and two were injured.
Officials say the motorcyclist was returning from last week's Americade rally in Lake George.
The incident is still under investigation.
No further information was available Monday morning, including the names of those involved.
