AMSTERDAM, N.Y. - The Amsterdam Police Department, along with the New York State Police arrested ten people Thursday for their involvement in drug trafficking.
All ten people that were arrested were arraigned in Amsterdam City Court Thursday.
The police department is commending the city's residents, saying they helped in the drug bust by alerting police to suspicious behavior.
The suspects are being held in Montgomery County Correctional Facility without bail. Additional arrests are possible as the investigation continues.
