Three more students come forward in Greenwich teacher court case

GREENWICH, N.Y.- Two more families have come forward accusing a Greenwich elementary school art teacher of inappropriately touching students in the classroom.

Eric McHenry was arrested last Friday on three misdemeanor charges of child endangerment. Since then, three more students have come forward, which could mean more charges against McHenry.

According to police, in total, 9 students of McHenry's have come forward saying he has touched their buttocks, chest or inner thighs in school over the last few years.

McHenry teaches kindergarten through sixth grade at Greenwich Elementary. News 10 was told the cases involve students between the ages of 8 and 12.

McHenry pleaded not guilty, and has been put on paid administrative leave.
