Police identify woman killed in crash on Henry Johnson Blvd.

Web Staff - ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) - Albany Police officials have identified the victim of a fatal motor vehicle accident that happened early Sunday morning on Henry Johnson Boulevard.

Amy Stock, 48, of Albany, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A defendant, Kadeem Fowler, 22, also of Albany, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He is still being treated at Albany Medical Center for injuries from the crash.

Police reported that on Sunday, at approximately 1:20 a.m., they responded to reports that a vehicle struck several parked vehicles in the area of upper First Street. The vehicle then left the scene, east bound on First Street toward Henry Johnson Boulevard. As it approached the intersection of First and Henry Johnson, the driver failed to stop for a stop sign and struck a vehicle traveling southbound on Henry Johnson.

Stock was driving that vehicle, and more charges are pending against Fowler.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
