AMY CUTLER
REPORTER
Amy Cutler joined NEWS CENTER as a Reporter in January of 2010. A native New Yorker, Amy was born and raised in Brooklyn. She attended Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut where she received her B.A. in government and psychology.
Amy cultivated a passion for news working as an intern in the political unit at WNBC. After graduation, Amy stayed in New York City and served as a producer at Cablevision's News 12 Brooklyn, a 24-hour all news station.
Amy then jumped in front of the camera reporting for WWCP/ WATM in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. There she worked shooting, editing and writing all of her own stories. From there she moved back to News 12 Brooklyn and News 12 the Bronx, serving as a Reporter.
Amy is thrilled to have the opportunity to explore the Capital Region and meet new people. As an avid runner, she hopes to complete a marathon by this fall. She also enjoys traveling and the arts.
