Hevesi court case delayed again

ALBANY, N.Y-- Another sentencing delay for former State Comptroller Alan Hevesi, in his in the "pay to play" case.

He will now be in court Friday after being hospitalized last week for internal bleeding.

The 71-year-old pleaded guilty last October to accepting cash and trips in exchange for investing state money.

Hevesi faces up to four years in prison.
